Preliminary Design and Materials Selection:

B2C and B2B Customers:

  • Air to Water or Liquid Source Heat Pumps: Homeowners, Dealers and Contractors are entitled for a free Heating/Cooling Load Estimation using ASHRAE RTS (Radiant time series) method with CHVAC Software. Load is done for the entire building. Calculated Load will be used for sizing Heating/Cooling Equipement. Room by Room Load Calaculation as well as infloor heating loop layouts can be provided at an hourly based cost.
  • Solar Thermal and Hybrid PVT: Homeowners, Dealers and Contractors are entitled for a free simulation using Polysun Software and a detailed simulation report in PDF format showing annual savings.
  • Swimming Pool Dehumidifiers: Homeowners, Dealers and Contractors are entitled for a free Dehumidifier sizing or they can simpy use our online dehumidifier selection tool (and get the selection validated by one of our in house engineers).

What a Quotation Includes:

B2C and B2B Customers:

  • Every Customer is elligible for a free quote with a general piping schematics showing the main components of the quoted system, as well as the explanation of the principle of operation of the system.
  • Control Wiring Diagrams as well as sequence of controls (For larger projects using BMS such as BACnet or Modbus for control) can be provided for free once order is confirmed and paid.
  • Free customer portal where customer can see his quotes, orders and other reports. Customer portals are available in English, French and Spanish.
  • Quotes can be provided in either Canadian or US Dollars regardless of customer's location or shipping address. By default CAD$ will be assigned to registered customers from Canada and USD will be assigned to registered US customers.

Technical Support during the Startup and Commissioning process:

B2C Customers:

  • Homeowners are entitled for a free one (1) hour consultation, via video call, for validating piping runs and control wiring.  The free hour can be split into two sessions one to verify Piping and Wiring before startup and another session to assist in the startup (assitance includes going through control interfaces and setting up control parameters).

B2B Customers:

  • Contractors are entitled for a free four (4) hours training course on Air to Water Heat Pumps, Geothermal Heat Pumps and Solar Products. We do offer virtual and in person training in our premises in Montreal (QC). 
  • If a contractor, developper or other type of B2B customer wishes to have the training done at his premises, we do charge 135 CAD/Hour (minum charge of 8 hours) plus travel expenses (Flight, accomodation and local transport). Other on site technical support, will be provided at the same hourly rate as the above. 

Charges Schedule

Free preliminary design is only offered to customers who buy from us. Free Customer support as detailed above is for B2C customers who pay published materials prices. Time exceeding the above detailed limit will be charged at hourly rate. B2B customers (such as contrators, developpers, resellers, dealers, etc...), who buy at discounted prices, are elligible for one free four hours training session per type of product. Once trained, technical support will be charged at hourly rate,as detailed in the below schedule:

Notes

  • Hourly Rates do not apply for the free services portion (as explained above).
  • Technical Suport or training at customer's premises which involves travel are billed daily (minimum 1 day = 8 hours). Travel Expenses, accomodation, food and local transportation are not included in the hourly rates and will be billed at extra cost before travel.
  • Technical Suport or training at customer's premises which does not involved travel, but involve driving to customer's place, are billed by multiples of a half day (minimum 1/2 day = 4 hours). Driving Expenses, accomodation (if needed) and food are not included in the hourly rate and will be billed at extra cost before going to customer's place.
  • Our technical support is limited to the products we sell. Prerequisites necessary for the proper opeation of a hydronic system (such as pressure testing, purging, chemical treatement, chemical flushing, etc... of hydronic system) are the customer's responsibility and should be done before starting up or commissioning our products.
